Professor of Management
Satinder Dhiman, Ph.D., EdD, serves as Chair and Director of the MBA Program, Chair of the Accounting Program, and Professor of Management at 麻豆传媒集团鈥檚 School of Business. He holds a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from Tilburg University, Netherlands; a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University, Los Angeles; an MBA from West Coast University, Los Angeles; and an MCOM (with the gold medal) from the Panjab University, India. He has also completed advanced Executive Leadership programs at Harvard, Stanford, and Wharton.
Professor Dhiman teaches courses pertaining to ethical leadership, sustainability, organizational behavior & strategy, and spirituality in the workplace in the MBA program. Author, co-author, lead editor, co-editor, translator of more than 40 books, his most recent books 颈苍肠濒耻诲别听New Horizons in Workplace Wellbeing聽(Palgrave, 2023),听Bhagavad Gita and Leadership聽(Palgrave, 2019);聽Holistic Leadership聽(Palgrave, 2017),听Gandhi and Leadership聽(Palgrave, 2015), and聽Seven Habits of Highly Fulfilled People聽(Personhood, 2012).聽He is the聽Editor-in-Chief聽of seven multi-author, multi-volume聽Major Reference Works, including聽Palgrave Handbook of Servant Leadership聽(2023),听Routledge Companion to Leadership and Change聽(2023),听Palgrave Handbook of Workplace Wellbeing聽(2021) and聽Routledge Companion to Mindfulness at Work聽(2020). Professor Dhiman is currently editing a multi-volume work titled The Palgrave Encyclopedia of Leadership and Change Management (forthcoming July 2026).
Recipient of several national and international professional honors, Professor Dhiman is also the winner of Steve Allen Excellence in Education Award and the prestigious ACBSP International Teacher of the Year Award. He has presented at major international conferences and published research with his colleagues in聽Journal of Values-Based Leadership,听Organization Development Journal,听Journal of Management Development,听Journal of Social Change,听Journal of Applied Business and Economics, and聽Performance Improvement. Professor Dhiman also serves as Accreditation Mentor and Site Visit Team Leader for the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) for various universities in America, Canada, Europe, and India.
